In this position you will be responsible for the technical support and supervision of maintenance workshops. You will develop concepts and processes, ensure operational readiness and work closely with internal and external partners to meet the highest standards of civil and military aviation.

Your tasks
- Technical support and supervision of maintenance workshops for complex civil and military aviation products.
- Development of concepts, processes and guidelines for maintenance workshops in compliance with applicable aviation regulations.
- Ensuring and continuously guaranteeing maintenance readiness.
- Analyzing and determining spare parts requirements for maintenance and repair work.
- Organizing and participating in findings as well as presenting and coordinating the results and measures with customers or their representatives.
- Developing concepts for implementing preventive measures based on fault and damage analyses.
- Creating, updating and adapting maintenance documents, including tasks in the area of technical logistics support (TLB).
- Processing assigned workflows, taking into account the process-related requirements of maintenance.
- Supporting the creation of 8D reports by documenting fault analyses for complex electromechanical and electronic products.
- Collaboration in the preparation of quotations in the area of logistics and maintenance of products by planning the repair processes.
- Preparation and presentation of technical content for internal and external target groups.
- Participation in the product development process (PDP) as a representative of process engineering maintenance during the development phase.
- Participation in cross-departmental working groups.
- Providing technical support and carrying out special assignments to rectify faults on site at the customer's premises.
Your profile
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering or aviation.
- Several years of professional experience as an engineer in the field of civil or military aviation.
- Knowledge of civil aviation processes in accordance with EASA Part 145.
- Confident handling of MS Office and SAP.
- Good command of English.
- Good communication skills.
- High degree of initiative.
