Grayce McCormick is the Founder and Owner of Lightfinder PR, where she consciously guides clients to success. With over fifteen years of experience, she is a seasoned PR leader known for delivering polished creative campaigns across various sectors, such as arts, entertainment, non-profits, conservation, education, public affairs, wellness, and literature.
Since founding Lightfinder PR in 2014, Grayce has consistently helped her clients reach their full potential. She has cultivated an extensive network from Hollywood to New York and nationwide, orchestrating large-scale events and successful PR campaigns for Fortune 500 companies. She is also highly skilled in securing international, national, and regional media placements, managing crisis communications, and handling special announcements with finesse.
Grayce’s notable work includes leading the PR campaign for Jim Carrey’s 2014 commencement speech at Maharishi International University and producing two legacy birthday events for President Jimmy Carter. She is an executive producer on a multi-million-dollar feature film and co-producing a limited series about her late client, Captain Jerry Yellin, based on the bestselling military book The Last Fighter Pilot. Her team includes bestselling author Don Brown and award-winning director Brian Frankish (Field of Dreams, The Fugitive).

Served as the interim Director of Marketing & Public Relations (PR Consultant) and Tour Publicist for The Pabst Theater Group from 8/9/2022 to 12/2/22. Responsible for overseeing public and media relations for the company as a whole and the over 800 shows that take place annually at the Riverside Theater, Pabst Theater, Miller High Life Theatre, Turner Hall Ballroom, and The Back Room @ Colectivo. Responsible for writing press releases, media alerts, and content creation, managing press events/conferences for company-related special announcements, crisis communication, and securing media placements, previews, and interviews in the Milwaukee market for artists in advance of their show dates. Maintains strong relationships with local journalists, editors, and news directors, as well as artist management and publicity teams to support individual promotion efforts for artists. Managed the photography team of eight professional photographers.
MIU is dedicated to delivering Consciousness-Based education to individuals everywhere in the world to help those individuals achieve their full potential.
I directed PR & Communications for the David Lynch Masters in Film Program and the Masters in Sustainable Living Program. My role included creating and implementing plans and initiatives, media relations, and special events.
One special PR campaign was the 2014 MIU commencement, where actor Jim Carrey addressed the graduating class. Jim also received an honorary doctorate in fine arts. I handled all logistics and contributed to the campaign's success, which went viral worldwide. It was trending 6 on Facebook and 8 on Yahoo. The commencement speech has garnered over 16 million YouTube views.

The Transcendental Meditation® Program is the education organization that is responsible for teaching the Transcendental Meditation® technique and advanced programs in the U.S.
I joined to help develop, implement, and oversee a wide range of communication activities. I prepared articles and press releases, press kits, managed relationships with the press and the flow of news to the media. I was able to cultivate and enhance collaborative working relationships within the press and publicity community. I leveraged my national press contacts to ensure the company reputation was promoted and before issues surfaced, I was able to act as a media spokesperson to address any questions or concerns. I also partnered internally to optimize systems to enhance accuracy and ease of communication.
Overall, I ensured that the US Transcendental Meditation® Program promoted its brand in a proper, coordinated, and consistent manner.
6Evolves Productions provided professional services to the entertainment industry and produce exciting noteworthy entertainment. Current film industry relationships with Fox Searchlight, Grosso Jacobson Communications, Hannibal Pictures, After Dark Films, Mandalay Pictures, Kurtzman Orci, Brain Damage Films, and Fast Lane Entertainment.
I provided Artist Relations Consultation & Development. During my professional experience in the music industry, I signed and managed artists to music labels: When in Rome II, Rob Larkin; managed the Mills Brothers, The Miracles, Elmer Hopper, and Gina Eckstine.

My efforts in coordinating events, handling all logistics, networking and making connections to build awareness and help fundraising efforts.
Over many years in radio I have researched, wrote and produced innovative programs and content for major FM and AM radio stations while also serving as on-air program talent. I was able to drive listenership by selecting program content considering audience tastes and directed editorial meetings, presenting content suggestions and monitoring all programs for quality control. This was monthly Sunday segment about relationships. It was an interesting and funny approach to relationship advice, with the idea that listens should “Do as I say… Not as I do”. It had been called a modern day "Dear Abby" think pigtails instead of rollers.

Proud of this show, as it was the only show of its kind on the airwaves. We featured interviews with a wide range of people who shaped the insurance industry. The show helped save people money, avoid scams and rip-offs. We were committed to helping consumers make smart insurance decisions. We took phone calls and emails and provided credible sources of information and advice to our listeners. Guests included policy makers, insurance industry insiders, and representatives of public interest groups, business owners, service providers and journalists.
I’ve also written, produced, and acted in music creations, television commercials, voice overs, jingles and phone recordings.
